Brittany and Andrew were married in Newmarket at a beautiful church, following a reception at The Silver Lakes Golf Club in the summer of 2009. I had a great time with this couple as they were full of energy and passion! With a great location and great weather, this wedding was so much fun to photograph! Chris and Kelly were married at The Barrie Country Club in 2009. Although most couples prefer to hire me for a full 8 hours so that they will have evening/reception images, the occasional couple will choose our Gold package. This is a shorter day, but depending on how you choose to use the time, and depending on how organize the couple is, you can get a ton from it as well. And let me tell you, besides being drop dead gorgeous, Kelly was extremely organized. Probably helped to have an organized husband, wedding party, and family!
This past Halloween I experienced something very unique. I had the priviledge of photographing a Sikh Wedding in Toronto for the very first time. It was a very beautiful, emotional, and laid back day. Here are some of my favourite images taken during the ceremony.
Therese & Adam were married on Friday July 24th. It was sunny, then it rained, then it was sunny, then it rained, and so on. But what a beautiful day! All day we heard family, friends, and even the vendors say “what a great couple!”, and they truly are. The reception took place at the Barrie Country Club. There were lots of laughs, and lots of tears. In fact, I laughed so hard at on point, that I was even crying. Thank you Therese & Adam, for letting me be part of your day.
Tammy and Derek are getting ready with their last minute details for their upcoming wedding August 22nd. But before the big day, the engagement session had to take place first. We stayed downtown Barrie, and it rained. But that just made it more spontaneous. With an umbrella in one hand, and my camera in the next, we walked around Barrie one Sunday morning.
It was such a pleasure photographing Lauren and Lucas. We stayed at the studio, and used the surroundings, which worked out really well. They were both a ton of fun, and I”m really looking forward to their winter wedding.
